A 62-Year-Old Male with Long-standing Diabetes Mellitus Who Developed Multiple Complications

This is an online E logbook to discuss our patient's de-identified health data shared after taking his/her/guardian's signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patient's problems through a series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patient's clinical problems with collective current best evidence-based inputs. This 62-year-old man currently has a fluid-filled single bulla over the left leg (which is also swollen than the right leg) for the last 3-4 days, which has suddenly appeared. He also had similar multiple bullae in both legs a few years back but didn't recur until recently.
